every time i look up for my email, there is a message from the the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, reminding us all about the pandemic awareness and the level of H1N1 now in the country. ever wondering what with the LEVEL 6? its a stage where the human swine flu so called pandemic preparedness listed by international SOS. So far, Malaysia and New Zealand are currently in Level 4: Infection being transmitted within the general community but limited to some city/cities, state/s, or region/s.
to help the H1N1 infection from spreading, people's should be very vigilant during the current influenza outbreak. People's who have influenza symptoms must stay at home until they have been symptom-free for 24 hours, especially our childrens. please observe simple precautions including hand washing, and covering coughs and sneezes.
So, be alert and practice a good hygiene everyone.
